Inka Tattoos Ltd

The terms and conditions below extend to all companies residing within the Inka Tattoos LTD premises (46 Curzon Street, Derby, DE1 1LL). A list of these companies can be found on our Find out more page.



Who we are

Inka Tattoos LTD is a Studio based in Derby City Centre whose internal companies services are currently Tattooing, Piercing, Aesthetics and Laser Removal.

Inka Tattoos LTD will be referred to as ‘we’ throughout these Terms and conditions.


Studio Guidelines (Rules, Restrictions, Requirements)

The following are rules, restrictions and Requirements that are to be adhered to whenever you are on the Inka Tattoos LTD premises.

1. Studio Premises

  1. We will not tolerate any hateful or aggressive words or behaviour towards any other clients or members of staff.
  2. We will not tolerate any damage to the property or any damage to the equipment residing in the property.
  3. We will not tolerate theft.
  4. There is to be no smoking or vaping within the premises.
  5. Please do not turn up to your appointment intoxicated.
  6. We will not tolerate any excessive noise, rowdiness or running within the studio.
  7. If you would like to bring anyone with you to your appointment, please let us know prior to your appointment. 
  8. Only one person will be allowed with you. If you bring more than one person, you will be asked to choose one person that you would like to stay with you during your appointment  and the rest will be asked to leave.
  9. This is to ensure a calm and relaxing environment for our staff and other clients.
  10. The only exception to the rule is if the service has allowed for more than 2 people (including the client), e.g. special events/services such as open days.
  11. No children under the age of 14 years are permitted to attend your appointment with you. If you have brought a child under the age of 14 years with you to your appointment, we have the right to turn you away and cancel your appointment. Any appointments cancelled due to the reason can be rescheduled.
  12. This is in order to keep the studio and environment safe and as stress free as possible for our staff and clients.
  13. This is in order to avoid young children becoming distressed from seeing their parent or guardian undergoing a procedure.

2. Tattoos

  1. We will not tattoo anyone under the age of 18 years of age in accordance with the ‘Tattooing of minors act 1969’. It is illegal.
  2. We will require a form of I.D from anyone obtaining a tattoo who is 18 - 21 years of age. If you do not have a valid form of I.D. with you on the day of your appointment, we will turn you away and your deposit will be void. You can then rebook your appointment to a new date and time however, we would require you to pay for your appointment in full including a new deposit.
  3. The forms of I.D that we accept are as follows:
  4. In date Passport of the person/s being tattooed.
  5. In date Drivers License of the person/s being tattooed.
  6. In date Citizenship card of the person/s being tattooed.
  7. If there is anything not on the list above that you would like to check as valid I.D., please contact us prior to your appointment 
  8. We do not accept the following forms of I.D.:
  9. Out of date forms of I.D.
  10. Birth certificates.
  11. College/ University cards.
  12. B-Line cards.
  13. Parental consent
  14. Fake I.D.
  15. We will not tattoo anything that is seen as hateful/derogatory.
  16. You’re not required to wear a mask within the studio however you’d be more than welcome to wear one of you would prefer to.
  17. If you would like to bring someone with you to your appointment, please keep this to one person. Please do not bring a group with you to your appointment.
  18. Please turn up to your appointment on time or not too long beforehand. Let us know when you arrive by ringing the doorbell. If the shutter is down or if it is more convenient for you when you come in for your appointment, please give us a call on 01332 200 211.
  19. If you are running late for your appointment, please let us know by calling us on 01332 200 211 or by emailing us at info@inkastudios.ltd. If you are running late by a significant amount of time, depending on how many hours you have booked, your appointment will be cut down or will not be able to go ahead. This is due to our tattoo artist’s set schedules. 
  20. Any time cut off of appointments as well as any appointments moved due to lateness, can be rebooked.
  21. The minimum value able to be put onto a tattoo gift voucher is £5.00. There is no maximum value able to be put onto a tattoo gift voucher.
  22. Tattoo Gift vouchers cannot be used to pay for other services offered within our studio. Tattoo Gift vouchers are also non-transferable between tattoo artists if an artist has been specified when purchasing your gift voucher.
  23. Tattoo Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
  24. Tattoo Gift vouchers can only be used once.
  25. You will be required to fill in a consent form each time you come in for an appointment (including top up appointments). You will be expected to fill this out truthfully and disclose any medical history, medications and health conditions in relation to being tattooed. You will also expect to have sought out professional medical advice regarding being tattooed before obtaining your tattoo.
  26. We have the right to refuse to tattoo you if we feel that the tattoo will impact your health.
  27. Any information disclosed will be stored safely in accordance with GDPR within the studio and only members of staff will have access to them. Once your information is no longer needed, it will be disposed of by shredding.
  28. If there are any areas of skin on your body or where your tattoo is to be placed showing signs of eczema, psoriasis, sunburn, or any other skin condition, we will not be able to tattoo you. If you do not let us know about this prior to your appointment, the deposit you have on the appointment will be void and a new deposit will be required to rebook your appointment.
  29. If there are any areas of skin on your body or where your tattoo is being placed that are damaged, swollen, inflamed or infected, we will not be able to tattoo you. If you do not let us know about this prior to your appointment, the deposit you have on the appointment will be void and a new deposit will be required to rebook your appointment.
  30. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, we will not be able to tattoo you. Please feel free to let us know if you are pregnant or are breastfeeding/planning to breastfeed and we can rearrange your appointment for you.
  31. If you are unwell when you come in for your tattoo appointment, we have the right to refuse to tattoo you. Your appointment will be able to be rebooked for a new date and time when you are well.
  32. If you are scheduled to undergo, are undergoing or have very recently undergone major or minor surgery, a transplant, chemotherapy or anything similar to these, we have the right to refuse to tattoo you. We would ask for you to get advice from your doctor before being tattooed under these circumstances as we wouldn’t want to put more stress on your body and potentially impact your health. Please put yourself and your health first, you are important.
  33. If you have an appointment/s booked and apply to that above (Section 2, subsection i, part vii), please let us know and we can rearrange your appointment/s for you.
  34. Please be aware that you will not be able to give blood for 4 months after being tattooed.
  35. Upon booking in for a tattoo, you will be offered a viewing day. This will be arranged for 2 weeks prior to your appointment. On your viewing day, we will email your tattoo design/s across to you for you to view and make any changes if needed. See ‘Right to make changes to the agreement, section 1 ' for more detailed terms and conditions about design changes.
  36. If you are planning on using numbing cream during your tattoo appointment, you need to let us know prior to your appointment. 
  37. There are some numbing creams on the market which could be unsafe/harmful to use on the skin if they are bought from an unofficial website/seller. 
  38. There are some numbing creams which may affect the way that the skin reacts whilst being tattooed or that could affect the tattoo during your post-tattoo healing process.
  39. Upon booking in for a new tattoo with any of our tattoo artists, we will run through our tattoo disclaimers with you briefly before sending them to you via a link. This will normally be sent by text from our studio phone unless you request otherwise. You will have 3 days, as stated in the message you receive, to read through and complete these forms. If we don't receive you completed form back by the stated deadline, we will contact you only once more to give you 1 additional day to complete your form. If we don’t receive it by the end of the 1 additional day, we will have the right to cancel your appointment and your deposit will be void.

3. Piercings

  1. We will not pierce anyone that is not of the age stated for specific piercings. Please visit our Pricing page or the ‘Piercing pricelist’ page on Fresha to check the age requirements for the piercing/s that we offer.
  2. We will not carry out nipple piercings on anyone not of the age of 18 years or above.
  3. We require a parent or guardian present during the piercing appointment for anyone 8 - 17 years of age. 
  4. We will require a form of I.D from anyone obtaining a piercing who are 8 - 21 years of age. Parents or guardians, that are attending an appointment with anyone obtaining a piercing that is 8 - 17 years of age, are required to bring a form of I.D. with them. If you do not have a valid form of I.D. with you on the day of your appointment, we will turn you away and you can rebook your appointment for a new date and time.
  5. The forms of I.D that we accept are as follows:
  6. In date Passport of the person/s being pierced/attending as a parent or guardian..
  7. In date Drivers License of the person/s being pierced/attending as a parent or guardian.
  8. In date Citizenship card of the person/s being pierced/attending as a parent or guardian.
  9. If there is anything not on the list above that you would like to check as valid I.D., please contact us prior to your appointment.
  10. We do not accept the following forms of I.D.:
  11. Out of date forms of I.D.
  12. College/ University cards.
  13. B-Line cards.
  14. Birth certificates.
  15. Fake I.D.
  16. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment will not be able to go ahead. You will also be marked down and notified as a no-show on our piercers booking system. If you do not attend your appointment, you will be marked down as a no-show on our body piercers booking system.
  17. One no-show appointment will give us the right to cancel any appointments that you book from then onwards unless you pay for your appointment/s in advance.
  18. No children under the age of 14 years are permitted to attend your appointment with you, unless they are a child of 8 years of age and above attending their own appointment. If you have brought a child under the age of 14 years with you to your appointment, we have the right to turn you away and cancel your appointment. Any appointments cancelled due to the reason can be rescheduled.
  19. This is in order to keep the studio and environment safe and as stress free as possible for our staff and clients.
  20. This is in order to avoid young children becoming distressed from seeing their parent or guardian undergoing a piercing procedure.
  21. We will not carry out more than 3 piercing procedures per appointment.
  22. Some piercings may not be able to be carried out depending on your anatomy. The body piercer manning your appointment will let you know if this is the case and may offer alternative placements/piercings.
  23. The minimum value able to be put onto a Piercing gift voucher is £1.00. There is no maximum value able to be put onto a Piercing gift voucher.
  24. Piercing Gift vouchers cannot be used to pay for other services offered within our studio. Piercing Gift vouchers are also non-transferable between body piercers if a piercer has been specified when purchasing your gift voucher.
  25. Piercing Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
  26. Piercing Gift vouchers can only be used once.
  27. You will be required to fill in a consent form each time you come in for a piercing appointment. You will be expected to fill this out truthfully and disclose any medical history, allergies, medications and health conditions in relation to being pierced. You will also expect to have sought out professional medical advice regarding being pierced before obtaining your piercing/s.
  28. We have the right to refuse to pierce you if we feel that the piercing will impact your health.
  29. Any information disclosed will be stored safely in accordance with GDPR within the studio and only members of staff will have access to them. Once your information is no longer needed, it will be disposed of by shredding.
  30. If there are any areas of skin on your body or where your piercing is to be carried showing signs of eczema, psoriasis, sunburn, or any other skin condition, we will not be able to pierce you.
  31. If there are any areas of skin on your body or where your piercing is being carried out that are damaged, swollen, inflamed or infected, we will not be able to pierce you.

  33. If you are unwell when you come in for your piercing appointment, we have the right to refuse to pierce you. Your appointment will be able to be rebooked for a new date and time when you are well.
  34. If you are scheduled to undergo, are undergoing or have very recently undergone major or minor surgery, a transplant, chemotherapy or anything similar to these, we have the right to refuse to pierce you. We would ask for you to get advice from your doctor before being pierced under these circumstances as we wouldn’t want to put more stress on your body and potentially impact your health. Please put yourself and your health first, you are important.
  35. If you have an appointment/s booked and apply to that above (Section 2, subsection i, part vii), please let us know and we can rearrange your appointment/s for you.
  36. If you have had any aesthetic work or plastic surgery in the place/s that you would like pierced, we may not be able to pierce you. 
  37. Please be aware that you will not be able to give blood for 4 months after being pierced.

5. Aesthetics

  1. We will not perform any Aesthetic procedures on anyone not of the ages 18 years and above. This is in accordance with the 'Botulinum Toxin and Cosmetic Fillers (Children) Act (2021)'.
  2. We will require a form of I.D from anyone undergoing an aesthetic procedure or consultation who are 18 - 25 years of age. If you do not have a valid form of I.D. with you on the day of your appointment, we will turn you away and you can rebook your appointment for a new date and time.
  3. The forms of I.D that we accept are as follows:
  4. In date Passport.
  5. In date Drivers License.
  6. In date Citizenship card.
  7. If there is anything not on the list above that you would like to check as valid I.D., please contact us on Instagram (@relate.aesthetics) or contact the studio prior to your appointment.
  8. We do not accept the following forms of I.D.:
  9. Out of date forms of I.D.
  10. College/ University cards.
  11. B-Line cards.
  12. Fake I.D.
  13. The minimum value able to be put onto an Aesthetics gift voucher is £20.00. There is no maximum value able to be put onto an Aesthetics gift voucher.
  14. Aesthetics Gift vouchers cannot be used to pay for other services offered within our studio. Aesthetics Gift vouchers are also non-transferable between Doctors if a Doctor has been specified when purchasing your gift voucher.
  15. Aesthetics Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
  16. Aesthetics Gift vouchers can only be used once.
  17. You will be required to read through and complete a consent form each time you come in for an appointment.
  18. Please be aware that you will not be able to give blood for 4 months after being having an aesthetics procedure.

Loyalty Cards

1. Tattoos

  1. Loyalty cards are limited to one only per person until they are completed or lost, upon which a new loyalty card can be started. 
  2. Once a loyalty card has been completed, one of our staff members will take your completed loyalty card from you to be shredded. A new loyalty card will then be given to you. 
  3. A loyalty card will be classed as completed once you have received all nine stamps on the card.
  4. If a loyalty card has been lost, please inform one of our members of staff who will give you a new loyalty card. New loyalty cards given will start from fresh, with no stamps, and any previous progress on a lost card cannot be reinstated on a new card.
  5. Only the person who owns and is named on the loyalty card will be able to contribute towards its completion. You are not able to pass your loyalty card onto another person/ persons for them to use in your stead.
  6. To claim a stamp for your appointment, present your loyalty card to the artist or member of staff taking your payment at the end of your tattoo appointment. 
  7. Top up appointments are not included in the loyalty card scheme and will not count towards your loyalty cards stamps or rewards.
  8. Only tattoo appointments will be counted towards your loyalty rewards/stamps. No other services provided within the studio are part of the loyalty card scheme and therefore will not count towards your loyalty card stamps or rewards.
  9. Buying aftercare will not count towards your loyalty card stamps or rewards.
  10. Buying any of our merchandise will not count towards your loyalty card stamps or rewards.
  11. One loyalty card will have three rewards in total to earn through attending your tattoo appointments.
  12. Once you have received three stamps on your loyalty card, you will receive one free aftercare bundle. This one aftercare bundle will include:
  13. X1 Sknworks Tattoo Aftercare Spray
  14. X1 THC Tattoo Aftercare Balm
  15. X1 Spatula
  16. X4 alcohol wipes
  17. X1 Aftercare sheet
  18. X2 Stickers 
  19. Once you have received six stamps on your loyalty card, you will receive one free t-shirt.
  20. Once you have received nine stamps, you will receive 20% discount on the remaining moneys to be paid for your tattoo on the same date that the ninth stamp is received. If there is nothing left to pay, the 20% discount will be applied to your next tattoo appointment with moneys left to pay. This 20% discount cannot be used on another persons appointment, and can only be applied to the persons appointment whose name is on the loyalty card. This 20% discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional discount or studio offer.

Right to make changes to the agreement

1. Tattoos

  1. You are more than welcome to make changes to your design, minor or major, until you are completely happy with it. If you are still not 100% happy with your design on your appointment day or decide to make changes on your appointment day, that’s not a problem at all however your appointment may need to be rearranged to a new date and time.
  2. If you decide to completely change the design that you are having, this is no problem at all. Your new design will need to be re-quoted by one of our artists so that you know how long your new design will take to complete as well as the total cost for your new tattoo.
  3. Depending on the amount of time needed to complete your new tattoo design, you may need to book more time which may not be available on the same day as your appointment/s.
  4. If you need to book more time to complete your new tattoo, a £20 deposit would be required per the hour that you book. (see deposits/refunds for more information on deposits).
  5. We have the right to increase the hourly rate, and therefore the overall price/quote for your tattoo at any point in time. The decision to increase the hourly rate will not be made lightly and will reflect the increase in cost of equipment, utility costs, staff wages, etc. We will notify you of any changes to the hourly rates 1-2 months prior to when they would take effect.

2. Piercings

  1. You are more than welcome to change which piercing/s you would like to have done during your appointment, however depending on the amount of time you have booked and the piercing/s you’re looking to have done, they might not be able to be carried out in that same appointment.
  2. Depending on the piercing/s you’re interested in having done instead of the one/s originally booked for, you may have to swap to another one of our body piercers or it may not be able to be carried if it’s one that we do not offer.
  3. Prices may differ depending on which piercing/s you would like to have done during your appointment.
  4. See our piercing price list to check which piercings we currently offer.

4. Aesthetics

  1. You are more than welcome to change which Aesthetics procedure you would like to have done; however they might not be able to be carried out in that same appointment. A new consultation may also need to be carried out before the new Aesthetics procedure can be booked.
  2. Prices may differ depending on which Aesthetics procedure you would like to have done.

Requests to Remove Content

All content posted to our social media, websites, etc. is all owned by Inka Tattoos LTD and the companies residing within the Inka Tattoos Ltd studio premises.

We will always ask for your permission to take photos and/or videos in each consent form that you fill in before being tattooed during each appointment. 

You have the right to refuse photos and/or videos by ticking that you ‘do not give permission’ on your consent form. 

Requests to remove content can be made by contacting us.


Deposits/Refunds

1. The Studio

  1. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable between companies.

2. Tattoos

  1. A deposit of £20 x per hour being booked will be required upon booking any tattoo appointments. (Eg. A £100 deposit would be required to book a 5 hour appointment). 
  2. The minimum deposit required is £40, which would be used to book an appointment between 30 minutes - 2.5 hours long.
  3. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable between companies. 
  4. Aftercare is non-refundable.
  5. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us and we can rearrange your appointment for you, or cancel it and keep the deposit from the appointment safe in pending for up to 1 year from the date of cancellation for you to rebook. 
  6. Your deposit/s from the appointment/s being rearranged/cancelled will be moved to the new dates and times when rebooked.
  7. If, after the 1 year, your appointment and deposit being kept safe has not been rebooked, the deposit will be forfeited and the appointment will be void.
  8. Any deposits paid will be deducted from the total amount quoted for the tattoo being booked. The remaining amount left to pay, after the deposit has been deducted, will be required to be paid on the day of your appointment/s.
  9. Appointments can not be booked, provisionally or otherwise, without a deposit.

3. Piercings

  1. Piercings, jewellery, aftercare and piercing services are non-refundable.
  2. Specially ordered jewellery will require a small deposit. This small deposit will then be deducted off of the final bill on the day of the appointment, or when the jewellery is collected by the purchaser.

5. Aesthetics

  1. Aesthetics services are non-refundable.

Payment Terms

1. The Studio

  1. Purchases made within the studio can be made with:
  2. Cash.
  3. Card.
  4. Contactless. (£100 limit)
  5. Apple pay.
  6. Google Pay.
  7. Samsung Pay.

2. Tattoos

  1. Payments for tattoos and/or tattoo aftercare can be made using:
  2. Cash.
  3. Card.
  4. Contactless. (£100 limit)
  5. Apple pay.
  6. Google Pay.
  7. Samsung Pay.
  8. The remaining balance for each appointment will be required on the day of each appointment. You will be notified of the remaining balances by text shortly after booking in.
  9. The deposit/s paid and the amount/s paid on the day of the appointment/s will be deducted from the overall total cost of the tattoo.
  10. You can make payments towards your tattoo prior to your appointment/s. 
  11. Any payments made will be treated as deposits (see section on deposits for more info).
  12. Any payments made will be non-refundable or transferable between companies.
  13. We do not offer payment plans.
  14. Once your tattoo is complete, we will top up the tattoo one time only free of charge. After this one free top up, each additional top up will be charged at £45 per hour. 
  15. If the aftercare advice or aftercare products that we recommend to you is not followed or used, this will forfeit your right to one free top up on your tattoo/s.
  16. This free top up will need to be booked by the client within 1 year from the date that the tattoo/s is/are complete and after this 1 year, any top ups will be charged at £45 per hour.
  17. The one time free top up is limited to one per complete tattoo. 
  18. The completed tattoo requiring a top up must have been completed by a tattoo artist residing within one of the companies that are residing within the Inka Tattoos LTD studio premises.
  19. Any completed tattoos requiring a top up not completed by a tattoo artist/company residing within Inka Tattoos LTD will not receive a free top up and any top ups will be charged at £45 per hour.
  20. The personal information obtained by us regarding your tattoo appointment/s will be kept safe for up to 1 year from the date your tattoo is completed in accordance with the General data Protection Regulations (GDPR) for the reason of keeping record of top up’s.
  21. Failure to pay will result in:
  22. A ban from the studio.
  23. Possible legal action.
  24. Disappointment.

3. Piercings

  1. Payments for piercings, jewellery, piercing aftercare and anything else piercing relate can made made by:
  2. Cash.
  3. Card.
  4. Contactless. (£100 limit)
  5. Apple pay.
  6. Google Pay.
  7. Samsung Pay.
  8. Payments for any piercing services will be required on the day of your appointment.
  9. Piercing service prices can be found here.
  10. Prices for piercings will include:
  11. Set up costs.
  12. Piercing fee/s
  13. Standard titanium jewellery.
  14. Jewellery upgrades are available and can be discussed with a member of staff during your appointment. 
  15. Upgrades may increase the overall price. 
  16. Some upgrades may not be available for fresh piercings, such as rings/hoops, etc.
  17. We withhold the right to change our service prices at any point in time without prior notice.
  18. Failure to pay will result in:
  19. A ban from the studio.
  20. Possible legal action.
  21. Disappointment.

5. Aesthetics

  1. Payments for Aesthetics services can be made with:
  2. Cash.
  3. Card.
  4. Contactless. (£100 limit)
  5. Apple pay.
  6. Google Pay.
  7. Samsung Pay.
  8. Payments for any Aesthetic services are required on the day of your appointment.
  9. Prices for Aesthetic services can be found here.
  10. Failure to pay will result in:
  11. A ban from the studio.
  12. Possible legal action.
  13. Disappointment.

Cancelling Services

1. Tattoos

  1. We withhold the right to cancel your appointment if the tattoo artist that you are booked in with are unwell or are injured prior to on the day of your appointment. You will be notified as soon as possible if this is the case.
  2. Any appointments that are cancelled due to this reason, will be rebooked. We will contact you to rebook your appointment as soon as the Tattoo artist is well and back in the studio.
  3. We withhold the right to cancel your appointment if the tattoo artist that you are booked in with are subject to an unforeseen emergency prior to or on the day of your appointment. You will be notified as as soon as possible if this is the case.
  4. Any appointments that are cancelled due to this reason, will be rebooked. We will contact you to rebook your appointment as soon as the Tattoo artist is back in the studio.
  5. We ask you to be respectful to our staff and clients and if you feel or are unwell at all or have any symptoms, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting us and we can rearrange your appointment for you. This would be regarding any illnesses including Covid, Norovirus, Flu, stomach bugs, etc. 
  6. Please bear in mind that we are a small business and our tattoo artists are self-employed. If any of our artists do become ill, they do not receive any sick pay or support.
  7. If you are seen to be visibly unwell when you arrive for your appointment, we withhold the right to cancel your appointment on the day. Your appointment will then be rebooked when you are well.
  8. If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment, we will require you to pay 50% of the appointment price as a deposit to rebook.
  9. At our discretion, the deposit from the appointment cancelled may be kept safe in pending for up to 1 year from the date of cancellation for you to rebook. Alternatively, the deposit from the appointment may be forfeited and be classed as void.
  10. If the deposit is kept safe in pending, and after the 1 year if your appointment has not been rebooked, the deposit will be forfeited and the appointment will be void.
  11. If you do not attend your appointment, the deposit on your appointment will be void and you will be required to pay in full for your appointment, including a new deposit, before we rebook it for you.
  12. If you cancel/rearrange more than 3 consecutive appointments, we have the right to cancel your future appointment/s and void your deposit/s.

2. Piercings

  1. We withhold the right to cancel your appointment if the body piercer that you are booked in with are unwell or are injured prior to on the day of your appointment. You will be notified as soon as possible if this is the case.
  2. Any appointments that are cancelled due to this reason, will be rebooked over the phone or can be rebooked by you through the online booking system for piercings.
  3. We withhold the right to cancel your appointment if the body piercer that you are booked in with are subject to an unforeseen emergency prior to or on the day of your appointment. You will be notified as as soon as possible if this is the case.
  4. Any appointments that are cancelled due to this reason, will be rebooked over the phone or can be rebooked by you through the online booking system for piercings.
  5. We ask you to be respectful to our staff and clients and if you feel or are unwell at all or have any symptoms, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting us and we can rearrange your appointment for you. This would be regarding any illnesses including Covid, Norovirus, Flu, stomach bugs, etc. 
  6. Please bear in mind that we are a small business and our body piercers are self-employed. If any of our body piercers do become ill, they do not receive any sick pay or support.
  7. If you are seen to be visibly unwell when you arrive for your appointment, we withhold the right to cancel your appointment on the day. Your appointment will then be rebooked when you are well.
  8. If you are unable to attend your piercing appointment but do not let us know or do not cancel your appointment through Fresha (the online booking system for piercings), you will be marked down as a no-show.
  9. Three or more no-show appointments will give us the right to cancel any appointments that you book from then onwards.
  10. We withhold the right to remove services with no prior notice. Services may not be able to go ahead upon renewal of insurance due to piercings no longer being listed as covered by insurance.

4. Aesthetics

  1. We withhold the right to cancel your appointment if the Doctor that you are booked in with are unwell or are injured prior to on the day of your appointment. You will be notified as soon as possible if this is the case.
  2. Any appointments that are cancelled due to this reason, will be rebooked. We will contact you to rebook your appointment as soon as the Doctor is well and back in the studio.

  8. If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of the appointment, 25% of your treatment cost will be owed to Relate Wellness.
  9. If you do not attend your appointment, 30% of your treatment cost will be owed to Relate Wellness.
